Psychological Evaluation

Jet Recruitment can offer a range of pre-employment assessments including reasoning, aptitude, personality, management style and interests/motivations testing. Our accredited staff can provide advice on the most appropriate assessment tools and also give in depth feedback to both candidates and clients.

We understand that you are retaining us for a service and as such, we offer a 48 hour turn around on assessments, with no fence sitting. We have access to leading edge assessment tools and can use on line technology. The profiles provided are not only useful for selection but also for ongoing management purposes.

Career Coaching

Career coaching tends to come as part of our recruitment service. We are constantly advising our candidates of career options and opportunities. Formal career coaching can be organised through any of our offices.

Training

We can provide a diverse range of tailored training programs through our registered training organisations. We can also source professional trainers to design in-house programs and the associated measurement and assessment components. Our network also extends to a range of specialist training organisations that we have used and can recommend for those 'special' requirements. In addition our Training Services division possesses a state of the art learning management system to effectively record all training conducted for your organisation. Our training organisations can also provide apprentice and trades training.

HR Consulting

We have a number of options that we can offer for Human Resource consulting to your organisation. These range from placing a consultant in your premises for project work and peak recruiting processes to us handling specific work such as cultural surveys, salary surveys, job design, position descriptions and development of performance management programs. Staff Satisfaction and Exit Interview Surveys
